To embark on your academic journey in the U.S., achieving a minimum score of 95 out of 160 on the Duolingo English test is essential. This score demonstrates your readiness to thrive in an English-speaking academic environment. Here’s how to prepare and apply:

Practice for Free

  • You may practice for the Duolingo English Test free of charge as many times as desired by accessing the Free Duolingo Practice Test
  • After completing each practice test, send a screenshot of the score to the admissions team at [email protected] to support the evaluation of progress and to allow for appropriate guidance based on the results.

Apply for the Official Test

Once you consistently score 95 or higher on the practice tests, take the official Duolingo English Test. The cost is $70, and your official certificate will be available within 48 hours.
